December Fishing

Tog continue to be caught on the wrecks along with a few sea bass.

Night trips are producing stripers on the fly and light tackle … a few larger fish have  been caught

but the bulk of the migratory fish are still up in NJ

Those fish should be in our waters soon as the water temps. are cooling down.

Mixed Bag

Our night trips have been producing good numbers of stripers and blue on Lt. tackle and fly fishing.

Flounder and Sea bass are being caught on the old grounds and near shore wrecks.

With warm water temps.IMG_0643[1]IMG_0608[1]

Dolphin have moved inshore and can be caught on cut bait, small bucktails, jigs, or on the fly.

The flounder bite continues to be hot. Limits of flounder have been caught up to 7 lbs.

The best bite is around ocean structure and the old grounds …..
